High Altitude Performance Laboratory

What is it? A sport performance and exercise physiology facility equipped to assess the major fitness parameters. These parameters include but are not limited to: muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiopulmonary capacity, flexibility, and body composition.

Sport testing offered:

  • Data analysis is conducted after each test along with a personalized consult with an exercise specialist. From the various exercise tests, an exercise prescription is written related to a person’s current level of fitness and future sport or exercise goals.
