Staff Meeting for July 8th, 2008

  1. Discussed tour of the Tenderfoot archeological site, Nancy will be contacting to set-up a Tuesday or Thursday morning time for library tour.
  2. Zoe will be working 2-2 1/2 hours a couple of times a week as Danny is not working all of the hours budgeted for him.
  3. During the Student Union demolition, the West entrance will still be open but access from the Student Union parking lot will not be available. This might pose problems for some of patrons with mobility issues as they will have to park at the Library's parking lot and walk around to the West Entrance until mid-August or so when the East Entrance will be open.
  4. I told the staff that a serial usage report for the past year will be circulating through their mail boxes for comments about the upcoming year along with a copy of the Ebsco Renewal Invoice.
