Co-Sponsor Procedures
The following are required for Program Co-Sponsorship and Equipment Rental:
- Co-sponsor contract must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks before event.
- Requestor must come to a Program Council meeting with completed co-sponsor contract. Meeting with Program Council members must happen 2 weeks before event. Contact Director or Assistant Director for formal approval on agenda.

- Equipment rental will only be approved for on-campus events (please contact our Technical Coordinator and allow a minimum of 2 weeks in advance with written requirements. Equipment rental has student priority. OLRM 398 will be given preference for events.
- THERE WILL BE CHARGES FOR DAMAGED\LOST EQUIPMENT AND EQUIPMENT RETURNED LATE!!
