I'm a graduating senior at Western State College of Colorado. In my spare time I enjoy snowboarding, fishing and sleeping. My project mates and myself thought it would be benificial to prepare a back country ski guide for the college students or for anybody else that might be interested. At Western State College I'm an excercise and sport science major with an emphasis in sport and facility management. Having this background has helped out alot with advertsiing and marketing what we've done with our website. In order to obatain the links we have about where to buy back country gear, I've had to talk to alot of the local businesses and get their permission to advertise their business. Having done this, I think this website is very detailed and a very good resource for anybody who would like to venture out in the back country and have a great time skiing the places we've helped make accessable.
